Clint Sallee
President and Founder
Clint began his career as an investment banker for a boutique M&A firm. He has been an entrepreneur since 1996, building companies in diverse industries. His corporate finance background has helped him structure deals creatively for the sellers he has worked with, but his passion lies in the ability to build a company and secure its future. Clint is a graduate of the Lloyd Grief Center for Entrepreneurial Studies at the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California. He is actively involved at USC, where he serves on the Board of Governors, as a mentor for the Marshall Undergraduate CAP program, as a member of the Master of Business for Veterans Board of Counselors and as a frequent guest lecturer. Clint is also actively involved in the public safety of Los Angeles County, where he resides with his wife and two children.
James McClellan
Principal
A third generation entrepreneur, James began his journey working with a creative branded merchandising company, founded by his grandparents more than 15 years ago. He conducted market research, created product designs and acted as a product placement adviser. James is a Business Management graduate of the David Nazarian College of Business and Economics, California State University Northridge. James is passionate about developing businesses and seeing them realize their full potential. He has worked alongside prominent business owners in the marketing, production and financial service industry, utilizing his ability to internally increase efficiency. A Los Angeles resident since 2012, James is an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys exploring and sharing in the best that Los Angeles has to offer.
